Founder of COLES LTD, Nicole Balkenbusch is an experienced leadership development consultant and strategic executive who coaches teams and individuals to achieve organizational vision, focus, growth and winning results. Having served in finance and leadership executive roles at Amazon and Procter & Gamble, Nicole’s background includes finance strategy and partnership with technology, retail, workforce planning, manufacturing and customer service operations, supply chain, brand marketing and sales teams, and has led multiple financial planning teams. Nicole is a certified executive coach from the International Coaching Federation and holds a Master Instructional Designer certificate from the Association for Talent Development. She has an MBA from Xavier University and a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University.

Nicole is a visionary business leader with exceptional integrity and a passion for building and inspiring high-performance teams. Nicole possesses a unique combination of strong fiscal knowledge, sharp business sense and solid leadership development. Nicole and her husband have two smart, spunky and strong-willed daughters and live in Seattle, Washington. She loves spending quality time with her family at the beach, making smores and drinking good wine. Nicole believes in the power of paying it forward, having served 10+ years on non-profit boards.
